Cast Iron Cooking Grids

For perfect sear marks on your food, utilize the superior heat conductivity of the Cast Iron Cook­ing Grid as an alternative to the primary Stainless Cooking Grid. The cast iron gets very hot and retains the heat, turning it into a perfect searing surface. Flip the grid over for a flat searing surface for fish or seafood.

• The Pit Mitt® BBQ Glove is made of aramid fibers, also used in aerospace, to form a barrier preventing heat from entering the soft cotton inner layer for ultimate protection. The Mitt has silicone on the surface for superior grip and is reversible for the left or right hand.

Pizza Tools

The Big Green Egg bakes pizza better and quicker than your kitchen oven! When cooking indirect with the Plate Setter, your EGG acts as a fire-brick oven and heat radiates from the charcoal and from the thick ceramic walls of the dome, allowing your food to cook very evenly. You must try this to believe it … you will never order pizza delivery again!

Rocking Pizza Cutter
Swiftly cuts thin-crust or deep-dish pizza into uniform slices. Simply press the handle down at opposite ends and rock the blade back and forth to create portions in the desired size.

Pizza Peel

The pizza peel is a necessary tool for sliding breads, calzones or pizza in and out of a hot EGG. The locking handle can be turned downward for space-saving storage. Stainless steel with hardwood handle.

Stone Scrubber
