Store Policy
STORE POLICY
METHOD OF PAYMENT
- Cash.
- Personal Check with photo ID.
- VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER.
- Financing is available with approved credit.
PAYMENT TERMS
- If a Tri County Hearth and Patio product is to be delivered and/or installed by Tri County Hearth andPatioCenter, payment in full must be rendered prior to the date of delivery and/or installation. Any of the above methods of payment will be accepted.
QUOTES
- All quotes are good for 15 days from the date prepared.
SPECIAL ORDERS
- 50% deposit is required for ALL special orders. The balance may be paid by phone, in store, or upon delivery.
- Special orders may incur an order handling fee and/or a shipping fee.
- Special orders may not be changed or cancelled after 24 hours. Please verify all orders before they are placed and initial customer verification.
- All special order items must be picked up or arranged for delivery within 90 days or deposit becomes non-refundable. The product may be returned to the supplier or put into our stock for resell.
- Lead time on special orders can be 3-10 weeks. Unforeseen delays can and do occur occasionally and we work very closely with our suppliers to resolve any issues that may arise.
RETURN POLICY
- Special orders, closeouts/clearance and on sale items such as, covers, cushions, and holiday related merchandise are not returnable or refundable.
- Stock items returned will incur 20% restocking fee. If Tri County Hearth andPatioCenteris picking up the merchandise from your home, there will be an additional trip charge incurred based on travel distance and product.
- Returnable items must be in original condition/carton and accompanied by original sales receipt.
- Returns must take place within 30 days.
- Refunds on cash and check payments will be mailed from our accounting office. Refunds can take 7-14 business days to be mailed. We reserve the right to issue store credit only.
- Delivery, installation, and survey charges are NOT REFUNDABLE.
- Fireplaces and stoves installed by the customer must be fully inspected by a certified technician and all reasonable recommendations must be completed prior to approval for return. Poor performance due to home environment factors or customer installation does not qualify item for return.
- All Open Box and AS IS sales are FINAL. No returns, refunds or warranty on clearance merchandise.
GIFT CARDS AVAILABLE
Gift certificates can only be redeemed for merchandise and remaining credit balance will be reissued as another gift certificate.
WARRANTY
Tri County Hearth andPatioCenterworks within the guideline of each manufacturer. Warranty service calls are subject to a $189 trip charge for each occurrence. Tri County Hearth andPatioCenterreserves the right to repair furniture imperfections.
MANTLES, MARBLE and STONE
Every mantle, marble, and stone is a natural product, colors and finishes may vary throughout the product. Overages on stone may not be returned. Additional stone may be required at the client’s expense. All sales are final.
